PlainsCapital Bank Welcomes Wilson Wicks to Lubbock Correspondent Banking Group

LUBBOCK, TX (June 3, 2020) — PlainsCapital Bank today announced that Wilson Wicks recently joined the Bank as vice president, correspondent banking loan officer at 5010 University Ave.
Wicks will manage correspondent banking relationships throughout Texas and New Mexico, providing lending products, payment solutions and treasury management tools. In addition, he will develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio.

Prior to joining PlainsCapital Bank, Wicks served as senior vice president of correspondent banking and commercial lending at City Bank, where he managed more than 30 correspondent relationships with banks throughout Texas and New Mexico. He has over 15 combined years of banking and lending experience in Lubbock, Austin, and Irving.

Wilson Wicks is a graduate of Texas Tech University and Leadership Lubbock. He previously served as a board member for Southcrest Christian School in Lubbock. Wicks is married to his wife Melissa of 15 years and has three daughters, Bryce, Bradleigh, and Bristol.
