That’s why we offer the PlainsCapital Banker Development Program—a comprehensive training experience that combines classroom-style training with unique opportunities to get to know our key executives on a personal level.
Following initial education, participants train directly with regional leadership and work as a part of our local banker teams. And, most importantly, they are mentored by seasoned bankers who know what it takes to succeed in the financial services industry and build a career at PlainsCapital Bank.
