Mr. Luedke serves as general counsel for PlainsCapital Bank and assistant general counsel for PlainsCapital’s parent company, Hilltop Holdings. He provides legal advice and counsel to all Hilltop Holdings companies on a broad array of legal matters, including general corporate, contract, employment, banking, regulatory compliance, securities, and litigation.

Mr. Luedke joined PlainsCapital in 2003.
