Her leadership helps PlainsCapital Bank meet its strategic objectives through effective policies regarding recruiting and retention, compensation, employee relations and engagement, culture, leadership, and development.
Ms. Irby also facilitates HR initiatives between PlainsCapital Bank and Hilltop Holdings shared services.
