The Wealth Management and Safekeeping Portal Are Getting a New Look
............We are excited to announce that on Monday, July 3, we will be launching our new Wealth Management and Safekeeping portal. The Trust Portal will have a new look and improved functionality.
What You Need to Know
The PlainsCapital Wealth Management and Safekeeping portals will NOT be available:
5 PM, Friday, June 30 to 7 AM, Monday, July 3.
When you login on or after Monday, July 3:
- Click the “Sign In” button on PlainsCapital.com; click the “Personal Banking” button and select “Wealth Management” or “Safekeeping” from the dropdown menu, as usual. PLEASE NOTE: The URL has changed, so if you have bookmarked the portal, you will need to go through these steps to access the portal and then re-save your bookmark
- Your User Name will remain the same
- You will need to use the following temporary password the first time you log in: Plains#123
- After logging in, you will be guided through a 2-part authentication process and you will create a new password
New mobile app coming soon!
The current mobile app will not update account information after June 30, 2023.
The new portal has been optimized for mobile use! To view current account information, simply access the portal through plainscapital.com using the browser on your mobile device.
What Is New
- Send and receive emails to Administrator within the system
- Receive documents such as statements, tax forms, DocuSign, and Quicken
- Improved view of portfolio holdings, transactions, tax lots, and pending trades
- Optimized for using the portal on your mobile device
